Pattern Work
Finding what repeats inside what you already wrote.
A pattern is a reaction that keeps coming back wearing different clothes. You argue with your mother on Sunday, and something identical happens in Tuesday's meeting. In your head those are two separate events. On the page they're one thing, twice.
This is the module the rest of the Academy leans on. What pattern work is, and how a pattern differs from a bad week. How to identify patterns in your life without turning into your own prosecutor. Which self-reflection questions open something and which ones just spin. How to run a weekly journal review. And what self-discovery journaling looks like once it's more than a mood log.
The method doesn't change. You write, you go deeper, you close the entry, and you come back to it when you're no longer inside the feeling. Coming back is the step almost nobody takes, and it's the only place a pattern can surface. One entry repeats nothing. You need several, spread across weeks, before the shape is visible.
Start with what pattern work is. Then the weekly review, which changes what you can see faster than anything else in here.
This module is still blank.
I'm writing it one lesson at a time, and I'd rather publish late than publish filler. The glossary already has terms that carry across this module, so start there.
