- The email address of your Sintera account.
- Your device and operating system version.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel them on your device under Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchases made on the web are managed from your Sintera profile.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account at any time from the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your entries and derived data, as described in our Privacy Policy. For anything else, see our Terms of Service.
