This module explains what shadow work is (Carl Jung's idea about everything you learned not to show) and how to do it in writing, away from the candles and rituals of the internet.
The anger you swallow, the envy you won't admit, what you judge hardest in people who resemble you: all of it can be looked at in what you write. Two warnings: this is not therapy, and if writing floods you, stop and get someone alongside you.
